Not this year.  You can play solos to acquire the cards, and then play additional solos to upgrade them to 99/GT.  No fantasy pack.

But they get all 32 chems so if ur on a TT then u wont be as sad

Legend, is that 100% confirmed yet? Ive heard its unlikely but not its 100% yet
