Trying CB’s as Safeties

I run a 50/50 Raiders team but Ramsey, Deion, and Hobbs are my starting corners in that order. Tried everyone and those guys just play really well for me. I have Kam at SS and Dawkins at FS but they don’t really seem to make that many plays. I wanna try Moss At FS and Woodson at SS. Don’t care about the overalls in the positions. Their stats are damn good. Anyone try this??

Yeah, I sub in CB’s at Safety regularly. There really aren’t any rules, just find the combination that you like and have fun. Also, if Kam isn’t getting it done at SS try him at CB, he plays pretty well there!

i've heard Deion plays good at safety.

Moss and Woodson play very well at Safety but I mean Sean Taylor and Kam are pretty great back there already

Assuming you have Kam fully upgraded I would probably sub him into the slot or try him instead of Hobbs. It’s really just about trying different stuff to see what works for you. If Hobbs makes a ton of plays for you then leave him in.

you can do thisi wouldn't tho. Safteys have different stats that make them do what they do. like prc man and zone. safteys in the game are meant to play sublb and  over top. cb aren't there main job is to cover wr 20yds and under. after passing the zone drop there the safteys job whichs only goal is DONT LET ANYBODY BEHIND YOU. corners dont

What you’re talking about is real football. This game is so broke there isn’t a safety in the game who doesn’t let anybody behind them.

I think it really depends a lot on what coverage you’re using and also how you user.  I would say power up Divine Deablo all the way and try him there or user him if you don’t like him deep. Ted Hendricks SS played amazing for me deep in cover 2 with Pick Artist. Otherwise non theme team:

Julio Jones FS

Rodney Harrison Powered up all the way

Sean T powered up to the last tier before his 99 LTD

John Lynch Team Captain

Do you have any strategy cards helping with speed or coverage?

I do it...Moss is my safety and Lott is my SLCB.  Moss does a great job back there and Lott in the slot is like having a LB.

I know it's the opposite of the OP but I second Kam as a CB. I run Kam and Lott at CB and they get shit done.

I got Kam and westry up top. Westry picks everything

I got Kam powered all the way up now so gonna keep him up top to see if he plays better at his full upgrade. Otherwise I really like throwing Hendricks up top since I got the raiders Chem until his golden ticket comes out. I have one speed boost strat card for my DBs and then man, zone, and play rec boosted for my DBs as well. I got Deablo all the way up and he’s my user and I love him

do you think I should replace one of my corners with the new Revis card??
