I wanted to try out a budget theme team at the end of the year. It is a 53/50 vikings team (not filled w/ all vikings players). I have about 1 million coins saved up. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Depends what area are you most concerned with in regards to upgrading first?

personally i would start by switching out shawn alexander with patterson or dalvin cook and would then replace pat pete with team captain lance alworth or use john lynch as another safety for your secondary
