A couple of hours ago I was playing mut champs and ran into someone with the xbox username

In the first series they ran a great blitz and actually got me for a safety, then they scored on me. 9-0
on my second drive I scored and went for 2. 9-8
The very next drive he punted the ball straight to me on 1st and 10 and I was not able to call plays, my controller was essentially frozen and every other play I would get a delay of game. All the while the guy is spamming me sly immature messages.
Eventually due to me not being able to call plays I was kicked from the game. I have not ran into anything like this in a long time and I would like to know if this has happened to you before?
