I think the best ones are: 

1 WR speed, 1 HB speed, 1 DB speed n 1 DE/OLB (Outside n In) speed.

Zone Run and One of the OL ones.  I dropped the WR speed cards because they boosted so little else but speed.  With these cards, all players are boosted to 99. And my Offense is a 99 OVR.  Basically I just have Moss still at 99 speed and Kupp and Adams at 98 instead of 99.  That is the only difference, but my whole Oline has massive boosts.  Still running1 DB speed item though
