I see a stack of which I see safety value, lofting deadeye, gunslinger, HRM, and Run & gun for a total of 4 AP is that any good?

You absolutely need SFL or PLE at this point in the year. I was against these abilities for a good bit, while using the 92 Montana from the field pass.
Having either of these abilities is a game changer, compared the stack you mentioned.

There is what community commonly refers to as the god-stack, which means:
- Set Feet Lead (or Pass Lead Elite) - improves velocity of your passes, this is an absolute MUST
- Gunslinger - passes come out faster, allowing you to make quicker reads and avoid sacks. Certainly QB Style releases might not need this (such as Traditional 4 which is already very quick even without GS) but assume most QBs need this.
- Hot Route Master - this might be optional for s theome players, YMMV. A must for competitive play.
- Gift-Wrapped - players do a significantly better job catching the ball if your QB has GW, think of it as "Pick Artist" for your receivers. Still very much worth 1AP, but not technically part of the god-stack.
Good luck, check out Doug Williams for ~100k he's a top tier QB and not very expensive. I believe he gets the god-stack for 6AP total. Obviously the less the better. Good luck!
