HELP!!!! How can I get Tariq Woolen to a 99??

Any ideas?!? I’m so lost but have seen people get him to a 99.

Let me preface this by saying, the player's OVR rating does not matter. Abilities are essentially everything in MUT, once stats are above certain minimum thresholds, it's a moot point. 

However, you can boost specific cards and stats in a variety of ways. Are you running a Combine or Seahawks theme team? What strategy items are you using? Make sure you're using the Combine strategy Program card, will definitely help boost Tariq. Also, add Coach & Hybrid strategy items that also improve your CBs, probably Man or Zone (Sean McDermott - Bills coach for+1 zone).

That's where I'd start looking, once you have those three boosts stacked, you can start applying various 3/3 Chemistries, such as "Stop and Go Motivator" or "Acrobat Motivator" which both can boost all CBs.

I have Tariq with 3/3 motivator Chemistry “stop and go”. I also have epic strategy item for all CB, and I have a coach that adds +1 to man for CB. 

Another guy said that’s what he did to get 99, but it’s not for me. I do not have a Seahawks and only 10/10 Combine theme team.
