Maybe Xavier Legette and Achane? Both are somewhat fast which is the most you can hope for

if you are on ps5 you can sell that RT right now and get like 150k for him after tax.
with the 350k i'd say get a 93 RT for 85k
and a 94 receiver like anytime hester
and a 94 cb, slay or barber if you like zone coverage and rattler, nelson, or witherspoon if you like to play man coverage.
