I'm trying to, conceptually, figure out how to beat knockouts.
I also understand that it may just be overpowered at the moment.
Another question - can I use my "hybrid strategy" slot for +4 CiT? is that worth it?

Unfortunately, no rating in the game will counter KO abilities.
On top of that, no ability counters KO abilities either.
The best way to beat them is to attack where they don't have a Zone KO, or make sure you possession catch if a defender is near when you're catching the ball.

This specific information is from labbing, yes.
Sometimes I'll get information from this website and the articles that break things down in detail, some information comes from labbing, some information comes from watching other people!
It's honestly a combination of a lot of things.
