Question about Old vs New gen

No issues at all, in fact you can still install both PS4 and PS5 versions of the game on your brand new console.  I got sick of having to use Remote Play to even tinker with my squad, so i finally unplugged the old PS4 Pro and got a (second) used Digital Edition console for my bedroom this past fall, in order to be able to keep up with my MUT-addiction, oof.

There may be some issue if you want to tinker with the Companion App, but beyond that, i do not envision you'll have any issues jumping back and forth between generations of the game, it's a VERY different gameplay experience.  Welcome to the machine, friend.  Hope you'll find the transition mostly smooth.  I know there's not insignificant number of folks who continue to be stuck between generations.

I don't know how this will work with various Twitch stream rewards, etc. -- only real issue i've had is with the Binder Sync feature on this site, for whatever reason i'm still synching my PS4 version of the binder, despite not having played that since August.
