House rules depends on your skill. But since the matchmaking for it is pretty random you can grind out wins in a couple plays if you know what you
Put it on Veteran at least so your objectives count. Hit sticking on this difficulty still nets a lot of fumbles. Make sure when you kick off you are angling your kick high, so the CPU has to return it. User your MLB2 and make sure it's someone with some hit power. You'll get a couple fumbles a game that way.
Also, score one play TDs so you can play defense over and over. Send 6 every play and play man press, and you'll force the QB to fumble on a couple sacks. If the CPU then jacks up the sliders mid-game and starts completing quick passes on you which seem unstoppable, call a time out. Switch to a zone coverage and get an interception. Score a one play TD, and the CPU's offense should go back to normal.
Rinse and repeat.
