Casper is good but, his abilities are trash. X-factor is nice but it’s not better than on Doug, DB, or Sapp.
I guess “best” depends on what you want them to do. I mostly just want them to be receivers who can block. So my favs are:
Vita Vea
Gronk
Kittle
And all 3 of those are reasonable affordable.
