Do teams have a ×3 Strategy card or more?

I'm guessing they still have team strategy cards with ×3 for each team? I know the AH and strategy items have been screwed up for awhile but I haven't seen a team strategy card with ×3 team chems.

2x is the most currently that I am aware of .

I think strats are back in the AH, at least they were yesterday, but right now the max tean chems is x2. I'm hoping they give us upgrades for the coach and hybrid spots, or let us use other strats there soon, too.
