the company may be advertising, but the streamers are absolutely promoting coin buying and selling - they all have their own special promotion code for the product. That is a clear and obvious promotion of breaking the TOS.

I hear you but technically that is incorrect. By using a "code" related to their channel and brand ("zirk", "CC", etc) they are in fact violating TOS
