still banned

I’m still banned for coin distribution when i never sold or bought coins, never sniped any crazy deals, never sold anyone way below value, it’s been 23 days and my case has had no response…

what do i even do at this point? EA has stolen my account with 18m coins on it all earned through packs, limited event/regular season super bowl rewards and top 1000/field pass rewards.

I made a case and they replied after 8 days saying they took the correct actions but provided no proof, no clue how they even investigated as again, i made zero strange transactions? 

i appealed again and its been 15 days since then and not a squeak

Brother. Hang up those cleats. Wash your hands of this. Fret not about what was lost, but take the opportunity to love what you once had.

Yeah this happened to me last year. All you can do is to just keep making new cases and hoping eventually they will unban your account. I managed to eventually get my ban overturned but it took 7 months. Hope yours is quicker.

I know people say not to, but for some people it's worth it. If you spent enough money on madden (not just this year, say..... Add up the last three years, include buying the game and any/all MUT MTX) that its worth a little headache and chump change, do a chargeback of all MUT related transactions with your financial institution.

Yes sony WILL (temporarily) ban your account. But only until you either A) pay back the owed "balance" (which is what you charged back) or B) provide proof or justification for why youre an exception to there policy. I think if youve documented whats happened you have a real chance at setting things right with part B. Even if you dont, just make a new account. Which youll probably have to do anyway at this point if you plan to play madden again. 

At least this way you get the money they literally STOLE from you back. Sony's policy on these things is one of pure laziness and should be illegal. Its the only console that operates like this and makes fraud like this very easy to get away with compared to xbox, pc, etc.

EA help is the most useless tool/site ever I emailed them for 1 1/2 months about missing makerights and they just kept asking the same questions again. I would just re submit a request and hope for best

Unfortunately this seems like it’s a dead subject and you might as well kiss your stuff good bye and decide to stop playing for the rest of the year or just make a new account… they don’t care about getting stuff right just like how I never got my pre order points and there isn’t shit I can do about it but take it up the U know what.
