Did the Math:
You can only have the 2nd Legend TOKEN weekend of 3rd FEB;
Also, it should be the last drop of Legends then too.
That explains why they added a few extra solos at the end of week 1 legend solo challenges.

Don't we need more than 4 tokens? I didn't miss any weeks and I need 5 or 6 more tokens. Last year they made it to 97 OVR.
1/6/2024: 1st week of 94
1/13/2024: 2nd week of 94
1/20/2024: 1st Week of 95
1/27/2024: 2nd week of 95
2/3/2024: 1st week of 96 (97 LTD)
2/10/2024: 2nd week of 96 (97 LTD)
