If your team has been playing fine then I wouldn't make the switch.
What I would do is save up for a top tier CB, downgrade Barber, and upgrade Crowder so you can have another Lurk Artist linebacker. There are way better CBs than Barber.

My team play mid but I can not win a h2h game

How many coins are you working with? Also your team is pretty solid maybe upgrade corners also they’re pretty mid
