I'm a bit biased, but I think Javon Bullard is very underrated. He's not the biggest safety prospect, but he's one of the hardest hitters in college football and possesses the versatility to player slot corner, kind of like CJ Gardner-Johnson (I guess Ceedy Duce now) or Tyrann Mathieu.
