It's very good. One thought would be replacing the matchip nightmare on Megatron with something else. It's my understanding it mainly helps with catches with where the linebacker/sub LB is the primary defender. Not sure about your scheme but that doesn't happen a lot in mine for outside receivers. But it's fine if Calvin gets a lot of targets where those players are the primary defender.

Id replace your LG and RT they’re not heavy enough. target lineman >300 pounds

I don't know about you but I run a lot of inside zone and gene couldn't block for me because of his weight.
