I've been complaining about this since I didn't receive the Madden 23 pre-order content that I was supposed to get when I pre-ordered 24. They still had no answers for me. The day 24 dropped I got the 23 content.

Ive said these exact words so many times in recent years and just when I get used to it (not that we should have to) they always find a way to make it even worse.
Games in general with few exceptions are nowadays (look at paydays release lol) but EA/Madden is definitely the worst of all major companies/big name products and theyve been doing it since way before others started following suit.

I just can't believe we are going into October and people still don't have their preorder stuff. I'm sure EA didn't fuck the profits up that they made from all the preorders

Of course not. Same way they always fix any glitch that MIGHT cost them a penny in profits in record time even if its the middle of the night on a tuesday while the countless glitches that matter take weeks, months or never get fixed at all.

Me neither I also didn’t get the 23 content but it’s literally ridiculous that we’re about to be in October and they tell you that they’re going to do it in waves. Well it’s been 3 weeks since that wave and still nothing. Like how hard is it to load the points. They had no problem loading the preorder cards to my account but the points that I paid for are still MIA. I’ll be way more surprised when we get them. It’s honestly laughable at this point

I got my content for 23 about 4 hours before 24 dropped
