Getting absolutely smashed in champs

I have a pretty decent team, decent defense and offense but I face non stop teams with insane teams or schemes and I just can’t either break their defense or just can’t break down the pass it’s insane

Is there any defense in particular you were struggling against? I can't help much since I'm not very good at h2h either. But you can generally get some good tips if you're specific about what is giving you trouble

sometimes if I’m getting my ass handed to me, i take the day off. I am a good player and win most my games, but i definitely have hot streaks where i go 10-0 and other days where i’ll easily go 1-5

I wait until Wednesday and Thursday to play.

Hoping it's a smooth week for me and they give me easy objectives. I'm close to Pickens and i'm hoping to get the 88 legend by this weekend. Then i'm taking a break from h2h for a bit

Alot of people run dollar or nickel blitz etc 

or cover 4

they press me and my guys can’t get off the line or get bumped. If I press then they have easy 1 throw TDs

Hey gang - remember that Champs matchmaking is based on 1) who's online (duh) and 2) the Champs records for that week for available players.  My strategy - which has more or less worked - is to 1) be willing to get my ass handed to me Sat-Mon but to be willing to play full games to build stats on the categories that don't require wins; and 2) wait until Tues-Thurs to trot out my, say, 1-6 overall record to enable matchups with other below average online players like myself.  Voila - easier matchups!

This is so true. Was 10-3. Then 10-8. Now 12-11. Sometimes, you just need a new day, less caffeine, or something.

I use the 49ers offense and i'm a very run heavy player. I like to run out of shotgun and pass out of iform and strong and catch my opponent off guard and then mix it up. I'm mostly a control the clock offense and i try to manage the game that way, quick passes and dink and dunk is the key. 

Defense is kind of up and down since it's so consistent but pretty much adjust to your opponent. See their main target and eliminate it, make them go somewhere else with the ball. i don't use a lot of man coverage but i will once in a while. I work out of Nickel and make my adjustments from there

The mode is the most toxic place to play.  No interest, zero, zilch, nada, none, nope, nuh uh.

i find if I’m in my flow and making my reads I’m good. but if i play a few frustrating games or opponents in a row that’s when i lose the plot

I find myself in a formation I don’t know running plays I am not familiar with and it is still hard to put the controller down.

Do you yell out Omaha while you make audibles? It is a must
