I believe the stats that track regardless of if you win track if you quit. At least they seem to for me. I haven't been paying close enough attention to it to say for sure

the milestones tab and the non "only if win" stats track. So if you only need like 3 more tackles or to kick 1 fg you can do it and quit and it will count if short on time.
