UK Showdown H2H Event Lineup Restrictions

I really just have one question I wanted to ask. I tried a web search and I din't find anything detailing the specifics. So  I'm going to the place I should've went first to ask the only people I know will have an answer. And that is mut.gg and y'all in the forums who have already taught me so much. Anyway, the question I have is about the 10 gold players limit. What is the criteria for being a gold player? Is it the promo or the overall rating? For example, are only Core Set Golds considered gold or all 70-79 rated players?

Chugga is right about the 70-79. I'm just going to add that I've heard the free OBJ counts as a gold card even if he's upgraded to an 84. Do with that what you will

Get Fry (gold kicker) and place him at QB, his overall is 20 & Crockett (broncos gold hb) and place him at FB, his overall is 51.

from there, you should only really have to maybe have 1 more low gold as a starter. Sub in the players during the game.
