What’s the point of these field pass rewards?

If by the time you get to the D-Hop, or any of the other later players in the passes they are already outdated. Just got to D-Hop and his 84 speed wont even come close to making my team. Whats the point?

+1 speed on a 25/50 TT. +2 speed on a 50/50 TT. +1 speed when all Motivator players are on the roster. So he could potentially have 87 speed, which makes him one of the fastest WRs in the game.

But you realize you need to have a 50/50 team for that? Or even 25. If you’re a theme teamer thaen great but personally I feel it’s too early to go theme team. And who’s doing a titans, Texans, or cardinals theme team?
