How important are route running attributes?

In other words, what difference does it actually make in games? I am normally big on evaluating this in fantasy but I know Madden isn't exactly always that realistic about how these things work. Anyone know, preferably with data to support it?

Thanks, I'm not at all surprised by that but what does it actually do? What separates a 80 MRR from a 79 MRR?

I would assume route running has something to do with your WR getting separation vs a DB with less man coverage.

I would assume the same except who knows with madden. Some stats seem pretty meaningless such as QB PAC. However looking at this makes me really want that Hester card because he's the only one with 90 DRR. Hyatt only has 88 DRR but maybe there's some chem that can make him hit 90?

PAC determines how good a fake handoff is and if you dont have high Awr/PRC it can make some nice plays. 

Theres a few with 90 DRR now with CH.

Yeah but I remember reading a couple years ago that PAC was literally a useless stat on QB's. I'll see if I can find where I saw it but who truly knows WTF they count & what they don't.
