I have 150k, I see Moon is going for that on PS4, but he’s 600k on 5, if I download the old gen version will I be able to get him for that price then be able to use him on ps5?

Cross progression isn't a thing so he won't appear on ps5 if you buy him on ps4
The AHs have different endpoints this year, so you can't do this any longer.
