Thinking seriously about refund

Anyone know the proper steps?Ive read that you can get one before worldwide launch but also heard it has to be done within 14 days of purchase which i wouldnt qualify for.

If you want a refund, I think it's worth requesting one. Worst they do is say no

On Xbox It’s within 14 days of the charging date, not when you preordered. I think, which XBox charges you like 4 days before launch, which would make sense because thats when it preinstalls. So I think you’re still eligible but I’m not sure, I’d wait for the worldwide release because thats when they’re rolling out the most content, but you do you it’s your money

for xbox go through microsoft for it I did it the game is not worth the $100 heck even $50 ill come back when its free or maybe at christmas

You have two options. Say the game won’t load because of server errors or say your kid bought the game without your consent. You have to do by 9pm central because they won’t refund if you have it downloaded after the full release. PlayStation chat closes at 9pm central.

Thanks man,i figured since i spent the 4600 points  they wouldnt give me the time of day ,so im just gonna tough it out.

Points don’t matter. It’s all from ps store so you still have the potential to get it. You just have to say it was an unauthorized purchase. I spent all mine too before I requested it

Yeah.  Just contact your bank... tell them its a game you spent money on .. and never received the items... 

I've done this every single year the day after it posts to My account... I've never once had my acct banned ... so EA gives me a free game every yr w 4600 points.. I keep the 100 and boom. Problem solved
