Seems pretty good at least in regard to the names I would expect to be top 10 at these positions

I wonder if Dalvin Cook not currently being on a team will impact this. Has an unsigned player ever been a core elite?

I thought that too but I know at least leonard is an inside because he is listed there on the colts depth chart and PFFs top 32. Milano was also on that list and the bills lost edmunds so he might play there

I’m almost certain there has been. He should sign with a team at some point before the season starts and if it’s after the launch of Madden 24 then his chemistry will probably just be updated. I’ll find a free agent core elite or two and edit this with a link

You don't have to do that. I'll take your word for it if you say it's happened. I was mainly thinking about how OBJ didn't get a card until free agency promo in 23.

Good job on the guesses but yikes Tremaine Edmunds has got to be the worst 83 I have ever seen.  I can't fathom what his other stats must be to get him bumped up there as most of his attributes are in the 70s.

Lol yeah stay away. Not even a consideration to get a middle linebacker at the start of the game.

I think you did a great job with names again today.

You seem to have Micah Hyde listed twice for free safeties.

I think EA might switch Mathieu to FS and Chinn to SS. At least that's what position EA gave them in 23 not sure if that will affect 24.

Thanks for pointing that out. I went off the core elite ratings in madden 23 and chinn and matheiu were at those positions.

I didn't realize their core elites were different from their later upgrades.

Do you think Isaiah Simmons has a chance to make either list? Not sure if EA still has him as a MLB or if he's good enough to be top 10 but I've heard he's looking to mostly be a safety this year.

I don’t think he’s really shown anything that would make him top 10 in a position he doesn’t play. I feel like most of the safety’s in the top 10 are pretty established, so I would be very surprised if he was top 10. If he has 81+ speed he will be a beast though.

The colts run an offense where it looks like he runs as inside, so most people classify he as one, but he’s an OLB
