I just QS them for the Training but I'm sure there's probably a more efficient use for them if you take the time with sets and whatnot.

Throwing them into the Team Diamonds room work my way toward Luke K. Then when I have all the golds I just exchange your to the elites and throw them in as well.

Same here. If you get a Run and Gun or a West coast playbook, you have a value of 3k - 1.5k per gold.

I use 70-74 golds to complete my set for the day, and I sell the rest. I usually can usually get 700-1400 for each if I put it up for a day.

I just hold onto em until my binder maxes out then QS most of them. I have more elites than golds at this point.
