How do you get the item to unlock GT Sauce Gardner's last ability slot?  TIA for answers.

You have to complete a set. The easiest way to find it is to go to sets then in the program filter select Golden ticket and it should be the only set there. I believe the set requires any 92 or 93 ovr player to complete

Need to use one of those GT tokens. You only get 2, so use them wisely. You have to complete a set to get them.
