Don't start playing Madden at all
Find any and all other games to play. For your manhood, sanity, and overall mental+physical health. Your wallet will thank you as well.
Don't give those punk bitches from ea another cent. They deserve nothing but most of all they have enough money. Time for ea to move on

Find a scheme and stick with it. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Play with who you like not who everyone tells you. Learn to read coverages in your sleep pre and post snap. Be adaptable.

Ok thanks for that, do you know what the best 2 abilites would be to run on a runningback? dont need anything like backfield master bc my mcnair has hrm.

To start off, i'm not sure we'll even have abilities for our HBs. I'm sure the Headliners and, uhhh Legends will begin dropping by the weekend, but could be a minute. None of the Core Elite players will be getting any abilities to the best of my knowledge. That being said, coming from `23, Tank and Short In Elite were easily the two best (non FreightTrain or Phenom X-factor) abilities for a running back. Eventually you'll figure out which abilities work best on which generation of console, but there are some notable differences. It took me many months to realize why there were so many folks talking up HJS -- only for me to be slow to discover that was a result of folks talking about the PS4 or regular Xbox current-gen stuff. Thankfully, there is no field goal glitch present in current-gen gameplay.
Angles of pursuit were HUGELY important in `23, i am hoping they're slightly better this year, but it can be painful and you will miss opponents who juke out of your way while attempting to close the gap for a tackle. On the PS4 Pro, all the characters constantly felt liek they were just skating around on ice, it was very bizarre. I hope you enjoy the upgrades, but it's not uncommon for folks to run the PS4 version of the game on their PS5 consoles. I think that's nuts, but i also didn't have a decade+ of prior Madden experience to relearn or adjust to.
