You're going to give up big plays here and there and that's fine. What you're looking for is your opponent to over think what you're going to do.

idk i just use ravens playbook because its op in franchise mode

Mostly Nickel 3-3 will

And in goal line around 5 yard line I use cover 3 out of 4-3 over and drop cbs/safeties and make purple zones hard flats works pretty well for me

4-3 EVEN 6-1

Nickel over cover 3 and 6.

I just use whatever the coach suggests

Its all about set ups.  If you run stock of any formation your in trouble.

got 5 picks in one game cuz the guy had no time. Just user a fast linebacker at ~ the first down line.  pressure usually forces terrible throws for either incompletion or pick
