Could EA get sued like they did with Battlefront 2 ?

I saw a streamer with 400 people watching lose 25 million coins and 15 million training today with no GT’s. Raised the price from 29k to 55k a 26k difference and literally kept grey, green, blue and 80-81-82-83 plat’s and JERSEY‘s with NO increased odds of GT’s so basically you have to pull a Purple or Gold strat and a 84 Plat or above to even break even…. I know EA got sued over Battlefront 2 Packs and Disney had to step in you think this could happen again?

No. Odds are posted for this exact reason. 

They did it for overseas before BF2 happened.

Don't they only have to disclose odds for Money Packs though? If you go to a coin/training pack they don't show you the odds.

the price was bumped to 29k with an expiration date and now they jsut upped the price before expiratikn

When you agreed to TOS, you agreed that you can't sue, you can only go to arbitration. So no, you can't sue them. Also, odds are posted. Caveat Emptor.

those pack odds are 100% fugazi......also there is a reason odds arent shown on tvps lol deep down everyone including EA knows mut is gambling. EA will find any and every loophole to get their dirty booger fingers on every last cent they can

ToS don't always mean anything, a good lawyer can find loopholes etc in almost anything. Tho I'm sure EA has some really good lawyers on retainer or even have some in house.

If people start reaching out to lawyers, one might find a way in, I mean shoot he could potentially get millions out of it, so it might be worth it for someone to give it a shot. I think there's potential for a settlement.

How they manipulate the coin & training market is not ethical. Just squeezing as much money out of casual players as possible. It sucks the fun out of the game. GTs was supposed to be an exciting release, but it turned out to be a big middle finger to every one… especially those who invested in training.  Thankful I didn’t.

And I guarantee they are constantly fixing the odds on the TVPs. they do not show those odds. That’s why they have been a training vacuum since the last glitch. Worse than a gas station slot machine.

EA is definitely good candidate for top companies that deserve to be sued in Class Action lawsuit, many different reasons just having to do with Madden series alone, not to mention all their other products.

Who says the odds they post arent false? you guys cant be that naive
