This is a list of most X-factors that start ON in MUT23. Some of these X-factors are Passive and they will be noted as such. (I didn’t include X-factors from the first AKA promo)

Passive X-factors are not in the normal X-factor bucket. These X-factors are active all game just like a standard ability and they don’t count towards your 3 X-factor limit.

So the non-passive X-Factor's just start activated? And passive is always activated?

Yeah the non-passive X-factors start on. They deactivate and then reactivate based on how the individual players x-factor is designed.

The passive X-factors are on for the entire game just like a standard ability.
