Is it worth it to get Flash if I already have Saquads or should I get a power back like Gus or Quadfather?

I was thinking about Gus but everyone is saying Flash. I just don't know if I should get another elusive/receiving back.

Since u already have barkley which is a cross between a elusive and power back id consider Flash.

Flash and get rid of Squads. 

I used Gus till this weekend and switched to Flash and its great
