Right now I'm considering the Patriots, Cardinals, and Buccaneers.
Help on figuring out who to create a hybrid with would be really appreciated! Could really use a WR upgrade and some edge rushers
This year I've needed to run a hybrid team mostly for my O-Line and DBs.

Rams theme team has pretty much no gaps, but I recommend a bengals theme team. it fills up all o line spots except for center. they have 5 wrs over 95 but I recommend Joiner, Chad johnson or jamar chase. There are 3 really good cornerbacks, Taylor mays for free at free safety and reggie nelson or kam chancellor at strong saftey.

bengals TT is mid, defense is awful and the secondary is small

QB: MVP Rodgers & Mariotta
HB: Dickerson, Allen, Bo Jackson
FB: Alstott & Craig
TE: Waller, Gronk, Ertz
WR: Rice, D. Jackson, Moss, and Gordon
FS: Lott & Derwin Jr.
SS: Simmons & Hendricks
CB: Sanders, Hayward Jr., Trufant, Buchannon, Patterson, & NTL

Exactly what I was gonna say. It definitely depends on what positions you currently have for your Raiders TT, but I think that the Bengals would be a really good option.
The Pats and Rams theme teams are both insanely good right now, either would be a good choice
