Basically, you get 3 packs and try to get a GT voucher. With that voucher, you make a 99 with juiced stats and abilities. They are very rare to pull, as only 34 are given out in total.

This year arguably at least any hb or pass rusher will be worse than other options at the position that get op x-factors since they're confirmed not to get aka x-factors.
