Power-ups vs the elite cards

There are a few beneficial reasons to use Powers Ups for players you know you will have all year. If you know you always want Nick Bosa on your team, definitely get the Power Up and upgrade it. If you think you may replace Bosa in the near future, it's probably not a good idea because you will lose Training Points when you switch.

Main reasons to use a Power Up:

-higher players ratings with the +1 boost
-higher ratings sometimes make the difference between unlocking an ability or not
-power ups allow you to change team and/or positions (when applicable)
-allow you to continuously upgrade a player you will have all year throughout the season as they get new items
-you can use power up passes instead of some player items
