Find a solo that is easy and requires rushing yards and a td. Then do it over and over and over and over and....

do solo battles on easy difficulty and just run run run
also, do quadfather's last aka solo a few times

TOTW - Week 2 (I believe, could be week 4) - Chad Johnson. Starts on the 5 yard line. 95 rushing yards + a tuddy. Still quite a grind to do it 60 times, so I would do 4 x 15 or so.

In the main menu of Ultimate Team there is a Missions tab. Go to that and look for the Team of the Year (TOTY) category. One of the 3 sections in that TOTY category has all the John Madden DT upgrade objectives and your progress.

I got him done on the first day with the baker mayfield challenge in totw. I believe it is week 14 but I can’t exactly remember. You can get 95 yards each play and usually you should be able to score in one play every time with a 95+ running back on easy difficulty. Hope this helps.
