Are you allowed on the companion app when you’re banned?

Think I may have gotten banned last night, had to sleep on the couch because my brother and his friend took my room and I think I may have gotten banned because i can’t get in to the companion app, service is fine at the moment. I am very confused

Did you do something that would make you think you got banned? It could be the companion app itself, it’s very glitchy. I have to open my notifications in the app first before going into ultimate team just to keep it from crashing
