I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to get through the field pass but I haven’t seem to found a good way yet. So what helps you get through it the fastest like a certain set of challenges that get you good amounts of exp?

Yeah that Comp Pass is crucial to get some good progress. I at least try to get to the 100 CP mark each time to get that XP easily.
Maxxing out the program specific field passes deals most of the damage to your season field pass.

I've found doing your solo's helps with all the tackles and all the objectives.
