What's the best qb to use under 600k

I currently have the 95 tom brady from the Christmas proMo and I'm not sure if i Should keep him and get someone at a different position or get an upgrade at qb

Flacco slinger 1 and has great abilities and is like 450k

There are some very good options out there but I'd probably suggest Joe Flacco.
