It seems like you're using quite a few of the BHM players so I'd try to get the Shaq Leonard and incorporate him so you can get the +1 SPD boost from having all 5 BHM players.
As for coin upgrades, I'd recommend looking into a WR to replace Calvin as he is pretty outdated at this point.
