When I try to equip the super bowl strat item it always says a server error has occurred and kicks me back to the menu. I'm on current gen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Restart the game, if it doesn't work restart console to be sure, then contact EA if nothing still.

Maybe try going into the lineup section and go to the promo specific strat slot. if that doesn’t work do what the first guy said.

If restarting doesn’t work, id possibly try to build a new lineup from scratch
