why so late with toty

2022 toty was late january

2021 toty was late january

2020  toty was mid january

toty basically replaced the pro bowl cards we used to get back in the day….

wtf are they pushed back to march this year????

So they don’t give a player that wins honors or gets a super bowl card 2 cards

I think they wanted to wait until after honors this year.

but mahomes is the only honors player in the superbowl….

 honors mvp and superbowl mvp combo is rare and hasnt happened since 1999.

superbowl mvp is supposed to be 99 and toty is usually 97.

my issue is:

this weekend there was no legend, ultimate legend, or any other program.

i remember pro bowl, position heroes, player spotlights, movers, program stars, free agents, memorial day programs, and 4th of july programs. to name a few

now they have periods with minimal releases and little high end variety for theme teams

Those promos always come out later. there is always no ULs or legends this weeken. all they really did different was push back team of the year which sucks but they don’t want to risk a repeat card. I’m ok with it as long as they have new content for as long as possible im all for it.
