Personally I think he'd have been better off staying out of there, but perhaps he may well be the one to turn things around.
Thoughts from everyone welcome, but very interested to see what Daddy has to say if he sees and reads this.
I mean, last time the Broncos signed a Peyton to save their Franchise, it worked out pretty well, so why not run it back ;)

not just u felt weird for me too. especially to trade picks for a coach who didnt coach last year
i personally like payton to denver. i think broncos r gonna be better bc of this

The then Oakland Raiders traded Jon Gruden to the Bucs for draft picks back in the day. It's more common than you might think.

I think Russ just has to figure himself out. Payton will for sure get the credit for it if he does. But the way I see it, this coming season is all on Russ. They will give him everything he needs and asks for, what he does with it will definitely be his own doing.
if he sucks again then he’s gonna get chased out of the city. Trying not to think past 2023 right now. very pivotal year
