What are some of the best ways to level up the comp pass?

Literally go to the pass and see what you have to do lol.

There is no "best way" except for doing the objectives that award CP lol.

The highest CP rewards are from Champs wins and stat objectives.

Look at the playoffs, competitive, and general goals.  A lot of them stack.  For example, the general season pass might reward you for 7500 offensive yards, the competitive pass might reward you for 5000 rushing yards, and the playoffs one might reward you for 3000 rushing yards with three playoffs players in your lineup.  Get the playoffs players in your lineup and do a solo battle on rookie, and rush every play.  You will make progress on all three goals at the same time.
