I run a Legends team right now so for that team, my top pick would be Otto Graham.

Only other theme teams I'd consider switching to would be the Cowboys or Titans. 

For Cowboys: Troy Aikman, Terry Glenn, and Roy Williams
For Titans: Eddie George (would also fit on the Cowboys team), Tyrone Calico, and Keith Bulluck
