Are the legendary strategy items worth it?

I have a 93 overall team, but I dont really throw the ball deep, and I don't really see how the defensive card is useful either. Should I selll them for ~400k and pick up a 95 or should I keep them?

I keep mine just for team chems

If your not running a regular theme team or if your running a legends TT then they aren't worth it. If they don't change up legend Theme teams then there will be a point where regular theme teams will be above legends TT with their +2 spd boosts and with a good strategy card you can get a +3 acc boost also.
