Why did my unfinished business present disappear

I have a feeling that because of the screw up a lot of people are going to try to get free stuff from. EA by saying they had player presents anld XLs disappear on them.

I literally pulled it. As in from random present for 3900 TP with globe animatio. Had in binder as UFB present, today was gone but figured 🤷🏼‍♂️… it’l be opened as Brady like everyone been saying but nope!
 

Nothing new tho… with EA I mean, I’m the MUT OG as in been playing since day 1 from DLC, known WizzLe for years, was asked to be a mod for EA years ago, know developers, designer, gamers. Examples: Josh Looman, Donny Moore, RG, Gibs… Mike McFadden (MutGuru)…. DUBBY - blah blah blah. My story goes on & on and not saying any of this to brag or be like I’m special.
 

I’m a military guy of over 20 years , have a storied military career, I’m one of the old dudes - aka “Grandpa MUT“ - maybe “Great Grandpa MUT” 😂
 

Basically what I’m saying is I’ve first hand watched the downfalls and cash pit MUT has become, witmessed their common failure to their uncommon failures to their epic failures to the legendary failures.
 

I use to get mad but now it’s just sad and honestly touching grass and other far more important things in life than this virtual game. I use to blow lots of cash into it and can easily justify it, comparable to blowing cash on eating out or going to a bar to drink just to piss or shit the cash literally away and out.
 

Hopefully my comments here open some eyes cause it’s truly just a game but still sad EA sucks so bad & treats the community & customers shitty but nothing has been changing and you either deal with it and move on healthy or you let it get to ya and just hurt yourself cause EA’s pockets will stay lined.
 

I don’t get as worked up as I use to but still gonna speak and hope EA does make rights…. I’ll live without Brady tho.
 

As very little money spent, can’t say NMS… I am sitting on 3 nice theme teams and approximately across those 3 teams say…. 150k training and 4-5 million coins.
 

I just honestly feel bad for the community thanks to EA’s constant, consistent failings!

Just be sure b4 filing the case because EA can ban people if they file a claim for cards they never had so make sure you know.exactly which u had and which were not there when u went into your unopened packs

Also to add to the afternoon comment… I’m in California and when Ivsaw the issues at 10am my time - I decided to take a nap and didn’t open anything til 430pm my time, so the mislabeling wasn’t fixed at that time, I bc also had to quit the game to reload it so it basically got reset… the label issue still wasn’t right for me but wasn’t gonna wait on it.
 

End of day, not life threatening & I didn’t get hosed all that bad. My UFB probably ended up being CB Megatron ZC Champ. So, at current rate basically a 100k difference… not life pressing but to other it could be crappy, all whatever people decide to make it.
 

Should EA do make rights? They should. Will they? 🤷🏼‍♂️
 

If they do will people still be unhappy? Yes 
If they do will people try claiming missing stuff they didn’t have? Yes

Got up, everyone was happy doing own stuff so opened like 191 presents to be exact I think. Lots of good pulls but noticed no Brady or my UFB gift. 
 

Life more important than this virtual game I love so it is what it is but still curious how EA again found a way to top their own epic failings and again on Christmas but not just with gifts not opening on time like the last Christmas failure but now with wrong labels and typical server errors etc etc but yeah…

Cases vary. I had done a case for years but this year I did one because I in a rare moment decided to buy a promo pack w/ 500 pts for a platinum card. Figured wth 
 

The server froze and thought I never got my pack. Tgg by e case took literally an hour I think and found tgg bf at I’d overlooked the card going str8 to binder. 
 

I won’t file one for this Brady tho cuz I think EA just screwed up my pack maybe cause don’t think I had a pack to get the Megatron but maybe I just lost my UFB gift
 

Who knows, but sold my Mega for like 400k and Brady was like 480k so 80k difference and honestly I had so many packs that bc a I can’t keep up with every pack mislabel.
 

The missing UFB one tho was an obvious one to see missing tho w/o getting a Brady but not worth my time with filing a case and maybe EA will do a make right.

I hear u. I'm in my 50's. Half my family is in law enforcement and I'm an old head too. I know the guys here who started Mut.gg, Rocketz , Legend, etc.....

This was a other colossal screw up by EA. Honestly I hate Brady but the card did play well for me.  I'llprobably stick with Elway.

Sorry you didn't get all your stuff . I had to navigate through all the mis labeling and try to make sure I got everything...I know that I got all my  Carmichaels.and Brafys but beyond that they could have been a few lost Lavish or Lively ones. 

Anyway, hopefully there will be make rights.....have a good holiday

👍🏻 - hope your holiday was good too & Yep as for Brady... I like him as a player based off his career and what he’s done. I don’t care for the “spoiled” Pats fans who brag to much about the Pats who basically didn’t exist prior to Bill & Brady but act like they always were football Gods of the NFL, we see how the Pats are doing now. Happy for the real fans tho who witnessed amazing history.  

As for MUT Brady, not a card I’d used, so to me the present was just to get what I was suppose to to utilize it to build “my” team pieces so not a huge lose really.  

I’m a solo grinder I don’t get into H2H nor do I need all the Latest cards for my team to say I have the best MUT team based off new release cards.  

I’m a Bears fan so I build my teams as themes and have for years b4 theme teams were a thing even. I just build current/former Bears then players I actually like, all about just fun for me.

Yeah i actually knew some of the old guard like Eric Wright  ((Problem as I'm sure u know)..and back in the day when I had reflexes LOL I even ran with some of the top guys.....

But I have to say I was very surprised at that Brady card...much better than I anticipated.  I decided to give him a shot and I've been impressed.  Ifu do get a chance to try him out,  letme know what u think! Enjoy the rest of your week bro
